    Our childcare support is calm, capable and designed to fit into your child’s existing routine.

    This may include:
    - Play, engagement and supervision
    - Supporting naps, meals or after school routines
    - Keeping children settled while you are nearby
    - Providing reliable, trusted care within your home

    This is flexible child-focused support that works around your family.

    When life gets busy, it is often the little things that start to pile up. The washing that never quite gets folded, the kitchen that needs a proper reset, the jobs you notice every time you walk past but never get a chance to finish.

    Our home help focuses on those real, everyday tasks that make the biggest difference. Not just a quick once over, but a thoughtful clean of the spaces you use most.

    This may include:
    Laundry, washed and put away. Vacuum and mop of all floors. Cleaning the fridge out, dusting the plants, washing the windows. Changing bed linen. Tidying and organising so things feel manageable again.

    We notice the details that make your brain feel calm when you walk back into the room.

    General home cleaning to lighten that mental to-do-list.

Evening & Overnight

Calm, supportive care to help parents wind down or head out knowing everything is taken care of.

Relax and take time to for you.

  • Designed to feel relaxed and reassuring. 

    Includes:

    • Childcare and supervision

    • Support with bedtime routines

    • Light home resets such as dishes, tidying and kitchen prep for the next day

    • Presence and monitoring once children are settled

    Evening rates apply.

  • Overnight presence and supervision so parents can truly rest or take time away.

    Ideal for families navigating newborn sleep, recovery after birth, or simply need a night off to be just themselves. Overnight support can be transformative.

    Includes:

    • Assistance with night feeds and settling

    • Help maintaining a calm sleep environment

    • Offer reassurance and steady support to both children and parents

    • Allow parents to rest more deeply with peace of mind their children are in good care.

    Overnight support is offered by request and subject to Helper availability. Rates reflect the specialised nature of night care and extended hours.

    We recommend using a Nena Helper your children are familiar with when possible. We can offer support leading up to an overnight booking and advise booking in advance where possible to allow time to connect with your helper.

Shared Care

A community-focused option allowing children from two families to be cared for together in one home.

    • Childcare supervision for a small group of up to 3 kids

    • Social connection for children

    • One Nena Helper, one booking, one household 

    Shared care is childcare only and does not include home resets or cleaning. It is capped to 3 children per session, to ensure care remains calm, safe and personalised.

    You and your friends can split the cost how you like, making childcare a more viable option for many families.
