The Role of a Nena Helper

The natural flow between childcare & domestic support.

At Nena, you are the extra set of hands many mothers quietly crave. You step into a home with warmth and initiative, offering help where it is needed in alignment with the families rhythm and needs.

We are not nurses, midwives or consultants. We stay in our lane of being experienced mums offering practical, everyday support with attention to detail, to everyday families - in a way that feels capable, respectful and grounded.

A shift might look like cleaning up breakfast on arrival, taking the baby for a walk, settling children at nap time, using quiet moments to reset the home. You might fold washing, deep clean a high traffic area, prepare a simple meal, run an errand or do school pick up.

The role is dynamic. It shape-shifts between child support and home care, between mornings and evenings, always with the same purpose — to lighten the load in a way that feels natural and unobtrusive.

Just think, what would you have needed in this moment to feel lighter?

You’ve been there, you’ve done it, you are still in it. You know the endless to-do-list and with your motherly perspective, you can effortless support another mum where she needs it most.

This is full circle support; women supporting families while stepping confidently into work aligned with who they are now.
